Plymouth police arrests for Jan.30 - 31: assault with a dangerous weapon, OUI drugs

Between January 30 and 31, there were 17 ambulance calls, one assault, seven motor vehicle accidents, five larcenies or burglaries, seven fire calls, one assault, three disturbances, one sex offense and one OUI.
 

Knife fight at skate park

Two men are under arrest after a disturbance at the park on Newfield Street, Tuesday afternoon.

According to Capt. John Rogers, Frank and Devin Britto, both of live on Court Street, approached a group of four men playing basketball. The pair allegedly threatened them with knives and Devin Britto cut one of them.

Both were charged with multiple counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. Devin Britto is also charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Diana M. Crivello, 27, of 1 Seneca Lane, Plymouth, arrested on Monday, Jan. 30,  2012 at 1:32 p.m. on Seneca Lane on charges of no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Kevin M. Dowling, 24, of 6 Chapel Hill Dr., Plymouth, arrested on Monday, Jan. 30,  2012 at 2:26 p.m. on Colony Place on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Brett McAdams, 18, of 14 Second Brook St., Kingston, arrested on Monday, Jan. 30,  2012 at 9:19 p.m. on Herring Pond Road on charges of marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Mark Durand, 45, of 59 Seven Hills Road, Plymouth, arrested on Monday, Jan. 30,  2012 at 9:58 p.m. on Village West Trail on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of drugs.

Juvenile, 45, arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 31,  2012 at 10:08 a.m. on Settlers Road on a warrant.

Eileen P. Cristina, 48, of 12 Great Wind Dr, Plymouth, arrested on Monday, Jan. 30,  2012 at 11:16 a.m. on Great Wind Drive on a warrant for failing to license her dog.

Ryan L. Duggan, 29, of 11 Park Road, Plymouth, arrested on Monday, Jan. 30,  2012 at 3:06 p.m. on Park Road on two warrants.

Frank R. Britto, 30, of 397 Court St., Plymouth, arrested on Monday, Jan. 30,  2012 at 4:24 p.m. on Newfield Street on four charges of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Devin A. Britto, 26, of 281 Court St., Plymouth, arrested on Monday, Jan. 30,  2012 at 4:45 p.m. on Newfield Street charged with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
