Plymouth police arrests for Feb.1 and 2: OUI, drug theft

A Pembroke woman was arrested for OUI after hitting the bridge abutment at the Route 3 overpass on Long Pond Road, Thursday afternoon.

According to Capt. John Rogers, an officer observed Lindsay Park, 28, of Benjamins Path,  cut across three lanes of traffic and strike the abutment. She then reportedly did a u-turn and went up the ramp onto Route 3 North where she reportedly hit a guardrail before being stopped.

Park was allegedly intoxicated and under the influence of prescription drugs. She was charged with two counts of operating under the influence, plus other charges.

 CVS card no reward for store employee

An employee at the Manomet CVS faces larceny and multiple drug possession charges after allegedly using a rewards card to steal money.

According to Capt. John Rogers, Jarrett Possel, 21, of Talia Way, allegedly would scan his own CVS rewards card for people who did not have theirs. He was then able to take cash for the discounts. Company security notified police of the alleged scheme. He also allegedly stole drugs from the pharmacy.

A search of Possel’s residence allegedly found him in possession of seven different pharmaceuticals, including Viagra, Concerta and Diazepam.  He was charged with two larceny counts and seven drug possession counts.

Paula M. Slack, 27, of 150 Carver Road, Plymouth, arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 1,  2012 at 1:19 p.m. on Carver Road on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

Lindsay M. Clark, 28, of 70 Benjamin’s Path, Pembroke, arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 1,  2012 at 1:49 p.m. on Long Pond Road on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of drugs, operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene after property damage.

Brennan W. Beebe, 28, of 9830 State Route 4, Whitehall, N.Y. arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 1,  2012 at 7:05 p.m. on Federal Furnace Road on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license.

Amanda L. Muller, 21, of 12 Snake Pond Road, Sandwich, arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 1,  2012 at 7:51 p.m. on Shops at 5 Way on a charge of shoplifting over $100 by asportation.

Jarrett W. Possel, 21, of 29 Talia Way, Plymouth arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 2,  2012 at 8:29 p.m. on Long Pond Road  on charges of larceny over $250, possession of a class B substance, two counts of possession of a class C substance, four counts of possession of a class C substance and larceny of a controlled substance.
