Radioactive material that had been used by a now defunct Buzzards Bay business were auctioned off in a bankrupty proceeding. Now, authorities are looking for it.

St. Bonaventure Church in Manomet will remain a stand-alone parish under a reorganization plan being developed by the Boston Archdiocese.

According to The Patriot Ledger, a plan is being developed that would group parishes into groups that could share resources and clergy. St. Agatha in Milton and St. Mary of the Nativity in Scituate are the only other churches on the South Shore that would not be put into a group.
