Manomet apartment complex sold for nearly $3 million

A Brookline-based company purchased the Woodcrest Apartments on Beaver Dam Road for $2.9 million.
Banker & Tradesman reports the 24-unit building was sold to Woodcrest Apartments LLC by Woodcrest LP, According to the Secretary of State’s office, Woodcrest LP, based in Norwell, is headed by Gordon Pulsifer, who has owned the property since 1987.
The new owner, Woodcrest Apartments LLC, is headed by Matthew Newman of Brookline.
The town of Plymouth’s most recent records value the apartment complex at $1.67 million.
