Democrats set date for local caucuses

Democratic Town Committees in the area are holding caucuses to elect delegates to the party's state convention on June 2 in Springfield. The convention will nominate a candidate for the U.S. Senate. All registered Democrats as of December 31 are welcome to participate.

• Duxbury, Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. at the Duxbury Free Library, 77 Alden St.
• Kingston, Feb. 18 at 12:15 p.m. at the Royal Garden Restaurant, 3 Tremont St.
• Plymouth, Feb. 25 at 10:30 a.m. at the Plymouth Center for the Arts, 11 North St.
• Plympton, Feb. 11 at 10:30 a.m. at the Plympton Public Library, 248 Main St.
• Wareham, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Wareham Multi-Service Center, 48 Marion Road
