Sex offenders have one of the lowest recidivism rates

I am the founder of ESCAPE, a group that aims to prevent sex crime through awareness, prevention and education and advocates for sex crime legislation reform. I just finished reading your articles, "84 Sex Offenders live in Plymouth area" with great interest.

Big Oil and Big Coal are literally making us sick

Big Oil and Big Coal are literally making us sick. Pollution from burning oil and coal spurs a host of serious, life-threatening health problems, inflicting children with asthma, stifling childhood development and cutting short thousands of lives.

Heating and lighting 80,000 homes environmentally at half the cost of a decade ago by using no oil, coal, or natural gas, while getting rid of trash, meat packing plant refuse, wood waste, dump and sewage accumulations sounds super to me. Kristianstad in Sweden is doing that with great success.

As proud members of the Republican party we are in the unfamiliar position of asking you to vote for a Democrat on November 2.

It takes an exceptional candidate for us to make this leap and Josh Cutler is just such a candidate. Josh is a person of great integrity, intellect and compassion.

I am a registered Independent and belong to the Plymouth Rock/Cape and Islands Tea Party... During a debate with Jeff Perry in Plymouth,  I have heard Mr. Keating say that we are a rock throwing organization... Well, we are not and I have yet to witness anything of the kind. We are concerned citizens that love our country and our freedom.

Mr. Keating's television ads are despicable. They keep running... Mr. Perry chooses to run on the issues and no mudslinging.

It is a mystery to me that intelligent, goodhearted, traditional Republicans can accept what those weird radicals are doing to their party. If I were still the Republican I was pre-Nixon, I would renounce the party I was born into, and once again become an Independent, later migrating into the Democratic party as the Republicans increasingly became a club for the extremely wealthy. I don't qualify for membership.

On November 2nd, I am voting for Karyn Polito for State Treasurer. After learning her background, it is clear that Rep. Polito is not your average politician. I am tired of politicians who get elected term after term even though they produce nothing of value- they are too scared to stand up for anything and too lazy to put in the work to champion a real cause.
