Bank files suit against Plymouth hotel

The owner of the Radisson Hotel in Plymouth hasn’t paid their mortgage in over a year, their lender claims.

The  Boston Business Journal reports U.S. Bank, which holds the hotel’s mortgage, asked a federal judge to appoint a receiver for the hotel. The bank also alleges the hotel has failed to pay its taxes and franchise fees.

According to town records, the hotel  is owned by Plymouth Hotel Associates Limited Partnership, which purchased the property in 1992 for $6.1 million. State documents show a company called G.P. Plymouth Hotel Corp. acts as resident agent. Elliot Heifitz of Monsey, N.Y. is listed as that company’s president. Monsey is an officer in several real estate management companies, according to Corporationwiki.com.
